Who should apply?
If you’re making creative work – for example, advertising, architecture, fashion, art, music, film, or educational games – using emerging technology like new software techniques and new hardware (AI, VR, 3D printers, electronics), you should consider applying. If you’re well-versed on how new technology impacts creative pursuits, you should consider applying. We like a broad range of events in a broad range of industries. In fact, that’s our specialty.

How do I register?
You can register online beginning March 1, 2019 through the CTW website Tickets page.
Who should attend?
While the CTW conference, workshops and parties are intended for people who work in the creative technology field and those connected with it (ie professionals), many of our satellite events as well as our Arts Hub shows and performances are great for people (ie consumers) who are just interested in looking at cool creative technology as spectators. If it helps, we think of ourselves as a festival for people who work with and love learning about creative tech.
Where is it located?
Events are held in various venues across New York City’s boroughs.
What are Main Events and Satellite Events?
Main Events are the events organized by the Creative Tech Week Team. Satellite Events are events during Creative Tech Week where our partners have secured their own space to host a gathering. Satellite locations may be galleries, museums, theatres, companies, restaurants, webinars, or even virtual.
Are there Badges for Creative Tech Week?
You will need a ticket to get into some of the different Creative Tech Week Hub Headquarters venues. Other events will be free, open to the public. Just be sure to check before you choose an event to attend, to see what kind of credential you will need to enter.
Why do you have tickets from different sites?
CTW is a crowdsourced festival which means we have events from hundreds of different producers. Each event chooses its own ticking policy.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests received before April 1, 2019 will receive a full refund for the registration fee, less a cancellation fee. You may transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague at no extra charge until May 1, 2019.
Do you provide transportation?
We encourage attendees and participants to use New York City’s public transportation system or use local parking garages if driving themselves.
What airport should I fly into?
Any of the three NYC area airports, specific choice of airport is at your discretion.
Is there an age restriction?
All minors must be accompanied by an adult
Is there a Code of Conduct?
